Practice Administrator
Tammy has been working in the hearing industry for over 10 years. She began her career in the medical field 37 years ago. As Practice Administrator, she works to ensure that the staff is adequately trained in both customer care and day to day operations. As Audiological Services continued to expand so did her role.
She manages the daily operations for a total of three offices. She works closely with both the owner, office staff and the audiologists to ensure excellent patient satisfaction. In addition to patient care, she also manages accounts payable, accounting, billing, and human resources.
It is her goal to ensure that Audiological Services is prepared to meet and exceed the expectations of each patient. She is very passionate about customer care, and she gains a great deal of satisfaction knowing that the work we do contributes to a greater quality of life for every patient.
In her free time, Tammy enjoys traveling, being involved in her church, and spending time with her friends and family and playing with her grandbabies.
