Karen grew up in Houston and decided to venture into the world of hearing care and learn everything she could about a new field.
As our patient care coordinator, Karen keeps busy ensuring all our patients’ needs are met. Her role is full of variety and includes managing the front desk reception, greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking out, processing sales, and handling warranty renewals. Although Karen enjoys the full spectrum of her position at Audiological Services, her favorite part is meeting new people.
Outside of work, Karen loves spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, tending to her yard, reading, and crocheting.
