She manages the daily operations for a total of four offices. She works closely with both the owner, office staff and the audiologists to ensure excellent patient satisfaction. In addition to patient care, she also manages accounts payable, accounting, billing, and human resources.

It is her goal to ensure that Audiological Services is prepared to meet and exceed the expectations of each patient. She is very passionate about customer care, and she gains a great deal of satisfaction knowing that the work we do contributes to a greater quality of life for every patient.
