Jacquelyn Neher
She attended Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida. Her experience of 15 years working in the field of law as a legal assistant in two different states aids her in the detailed work she does for Audiological Services. In her 8 years as an Audiology Technician, she was proficiently skilled in the mechanical care of hearing instruments, including problem solving, handling creation and management of audiology documentation IT support, taking care of patient room equipment, stock, and shipments.
In her current position as Insurance Coordinator, she handles claim processing, insurance payments, creation and management of audiology documentation and IT support. She manages communication and all paperwork concerning all third-party entities, which includes Texas Workforce Commission, Veterans Affairs, Crocket Resource Center, Hearing Care Solutions, and more. She strives to always be a hardworking, dedicated employee and firmly believes in doing her best every day.
Jacquelyn loves her eight grandchildren and five children. She enjoys playing games with the family and traveling to see her loved ones. She is an avid reader and knits in her spare time.
