Brenda Vallejo
She admits she never dreamed of working within hearing care, but when a position at Audiological Services came up in Insurance Verification, she took it. Brenda says she is glad she did because her experience has been amazing.
Her workday involves performing a wide range of tasks, insurance verification, collections, and accounts receivable for all four clinics and much more. She also translates for the doctor and our patients. Brenda loves the variety each day brings. However, her favorite part of her job is collaborating with her co-workers and helping patients.
Outside of the office, Brenda enjoys playing with her grandkids, traveling with her husband, and sitting on her back porch with a cup of coffee while listening to the birds. She can also be found reading a good mystery novel, working on puzzles, and helping at her church.
