Great staff and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. I was immediately checked in, and staff were prompted to get me back to see a doctor. Treated with respect as staff were professional at all times. Definitely would use them again if needed.

I was actually early to my appointment, I may have waited 5 minutes and got called back for my appointment. Tina was very helpful and caring during my fitting today! Very excited to go back and be able to hear again!

I am a VA (Veterans Administration) patient. Very nice facility. Dr. Tadd was very nice and knowledgeable. She explained exactly everything that she was going to do. She listened to my concerns and issues with my current hearing aides. She explained how to get my hearing aides repaired then informed me that I was eligible for new hearing aides with the VA and that I should keep the old ones as a backup incase something happened to my new ones. She placed an order for new hearing aides for me.

Excellent place to go- professional staff, very caring- They explain every procedure, and the audiologist works with you to get the best possible hearing aid to match your needs. I won’t go anywhere else. I have worn hearing aids all my life- and never have been to a place that really cares about you . It was worth the long trip to get there. Rebecca Winfrey
