Some health insurance companies provide coverage for hearing evaluation and testing, though you may be subject to a deductible or co-insurance. Hearing aids typically aren’t covered, but you should consult with your insurance administrator or reach out to our office to verify your benefits and minimize any out of pocket costs. We can help you figure out what hearing health benefits your insurance provider offers prior to your first appointment.
If we are not a participating provider on your plan, you will be expected to pay your out of network costs for services provided at the time they are rendered.
If you are on a managed care plan that requires you to have a PCP (primary care physician) YOU must secure a referral from your PCP to our office because we are considered Specialists in this type of plan. If you do not have a PCP required plan, then no referral is necessary to be seen by any of our providers.
